Saw ClickBid mentioned and wasn't sure it fits our use case. We handle construction and government competitive bids and need to manage the RFP response process. Does ClickBid actually do that, or is it something else?
Right, ClickBid is mainly mobile auction and fundraising event software, so it isn't built for construction or government competitive procurement. For managing competitive bids on gov or construction work you actually need two different tool types: bid discovery platforms to find the opportunities (SAM.gov, BidNet, Deltek GovWin), and RFP response tools to draft and manage the proposals. For the response side, AI-first tools like Inventive AI draft answers from your own approved docs with source citations, which helps on the heavy compliance sections. Worth separating "find the bid" from "respond to the bid" when you evaluate.
pretty sure clickbid is auction/fundraising event software (charity auctions, text-to-bid), not procurement or rfp bid management. different thing entirely
yeah clickbid is the wrong category for this. u want procurement/rfp software not auction software
ah that explains it, clickbid kept looking like event software. thanks, will look at actual rfp tools
