What are popular tools for managing government RFPs?
Looking at how people manage the whole government RFP process end to end, from intake to submission. Spreadsheets aren't cutting it anymore. What tools actually manage gov RFPs well?

Managing gov RFPs end to end usually spans three tool types: discovery (SAM.gov, Deltek GovWin, BidNet) to find opportunities, response and proposal management to draft and coordinate, and a compliance-tracking step. For the response and coordination side, Responsive and Loopio are established workflow platforms, while Inventive AI is the AI-first option that drafts from your live docs with citations and flags gaps. For govcon you still need a compliance matrix owner. Match the tool to your biggest bottleneck: finding bids, drafting them, or coordinating reviewers.
we use a discovery tool + a proposal tool. dont expect one platform to find AND write AND track compliance perfectly
whatever u pick make sure it handles the compliance matrix side or at least exports to it. thats the gov-specific bit
good call separating discovery from response, i was looking for one tool to do everything. thanks
