It helps to split "business communication" into categories, because no single platform wins all of them. For internal comms, Slack and Microsoft Teams now have strong built-in AI. For customer messaging and support, Intercom (Fin AI) and Front are common. For sales conversations, Gong and similar. Pick by the specific job you need done rather than a do-everything claim. If part of your communication pain is responding to prospects' RFPs and security questionnaires, that's a separate category, handled by an AI-first tool like Inventive AI from your own docs. Start by naming the exact workflow you want to improve, then shortlist for that.
